Treated as reclaiming after nil award

Regulation 3 of SI.No.522/2020

Inserts regulation 32A into the universal credit claims and payments regulations (SI.No.380/2013), that makes provision for treating a claimant as making a claim for universal credit for up to five assessment periods after an assessment period in which they were found not to be entitled on account of their income.

SR.No.85/2020 makes provision in Northern Ireland equivalent to that in Great Britain in relation to rules for being treated as reclaiming.
